1. What PrimeStatLab Is (And Isn't)
PrimeStatLab is a sports analysis marketplace where verified "cappers" (sports analysts) sell their predictions and reasoning to subscribers ("you"). We sell information and analysis — we are not a sportsbook, casino, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, or pay out winnings on bets.
2. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports-wagering age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PrimeStatLab. By creating an account, you affirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this term without notice or refund.
3. No Guarantee Of Results
Sports picks are predictions, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Cappers' historical win rates, units, and ROI displayed on the site are based on their settled picks but do not guarantee any future pick will win. You assume all risk for any bet you choose to place based on information from PrimeStatLab. We are not responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
- All purchases are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown in USD.
- All sales are final. Because picks are time-sensitive digital information delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for losing picks, picks that don't reach final game status, or buyer's remorse.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current paid period.
- If you are charged in error (duplicate charge, technical failure), email support@primestatlab.com within 7 days and we will investigate.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
5. Capper Terms (If You Sell Picks)
Cappers retain 75% of the gross price of each pick sold. PrimeStatLab retains a 25% platform fee. Cappers are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all information they post; (b) reporting income to the appropriate tax authorities; (c) settling pick outcomes truthfully (win/loss/push). PrimeStatLab reserves the right to remove picks, edit track records, or terminate capper accounts for fraud, manipulated results, or violation of these Terms. Payouts to cappers are made periodically by PrimeStatLab using the contact/payment information you provide.
6. Gifted Picks
When you gift a pick, the recipient receives an email with a one-click unlock link and (if they don't have one) a PrimeStatLab account is automatically created for them. Gift recipients become subject to these same Terms. Gifts cannot be revoked or refunded once redeemed.
7. Affiliate Links
PrimeStatLab displays "Tail this pick" affiliate links to third-party sportsbook operators (e.g., PrizePicks, Betr, Novig). When you click these links and sign up for those services, PrimeStatLab may receive a commission from those operators. You are subject to those operators' own terms and conditions — we have no control over those services. Bets placed on third-party sportsbooks are between you and that operator only.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute purchased picks to anyone outside your own use
- Scrape, copy, or republish capper picks or track records without permission
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or game subscriptions
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where it would be illegal
9. Intellectual Property
PrimeStatLab name, logo, and branding are owned by PrimeStatLab. Picks and analysis are owned by the capper who posted them, licensed to you for personal use upon purchase. You may not republish or resell capper content.
10. Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMESTATLAB AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRIMESTATLAB IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing support. Closing your account does not entitle you to refunds for past purchases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PrimeStatLab is operated. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual (non-class-action) basis.
13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes = acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms supplement (and do not replace) any separate Terms of Service published on primestatlab.com.
