Terms Of Service

PSL Marketplace is a verified sports analytics creator platform where approved analysts publish their predictions and reasoning to subscribers ("you"). We sell information and analysis — we are not a sportsbook, casino, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, or pay out winnings on bets.

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports-wagering age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PSL Marketplace. By creating an account, you affirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this term without notice or refund.

Sports picks are predictions, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Analysts' historical win rates, units, and ROI displayed on the site are based on their settled picks but do not guarantee any future pick will win. You assume all risk for any bet you choose to place based on information from PSL Marketplace. We are not responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise.

Analysts retain 75% of the gross price of each pick sold. PSL Marketplace retains a 25% platform fee. Analysts are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all information they post; (b) reporting income to the appropriate tax authorities; (c) settling pick outcomes truthfully (win/loss/push). PSL Marketplace reserves the right to remove picks, edit track records, or terminate analyst accounts for fraud, manipulated results, or violation of these Terms. payouts to analysts are made periodically by PSL Marketplace using the contact/payment information you provide.

When you gift a pick, the recipient receives an email with a one-click unlock link and (if they don't have one) a PSL Marketplace account is automatically created for them. Gift recipients become subject to these same Terms. Gifts cannot be revoked or refunded once redeemed.

PSL Marketplace displays "Tail this pick" affiliate links to third-party sportsbook operators (e.g., PrizePicks, Betr, Novig). When you click these links and sign up for those services, PSL Marketplace may receive a commission from those operators. You are subject to those operators' own terms and conditions — we have no control over those services. Bets placed on third-party sportsbooks are between you and that operator only.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased picks to anyone outside your own use
• Scrape, copy, or republish analyst picks or track records without permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or game subscriptions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where it would be illegal

PSL Marketplace name, logo, and branding are owned by PSL Marketplace. Picks and analysis are owned by the analyst who posted them, licensed to you for personal use upon purchase. You may not republish or resell analyst content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMESTATLAB AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRIMESTATLAB IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing support. Closing your account does not entitle you to refunds for past purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PSL Marketplace is operated. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual (non-class-action) basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes = acceptance of the updated Terms.
